Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of healthcare ground-up construction projects across Tennessee. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex healthcare construction projects from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all field operations on healthcare ground-up construction sites.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects.Qualifications10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.Proven experience managing healthcare ground-up projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.BenefitsGreat Pay!
