Base pay: $26 - $34/hr. based on experience and receive a 15% shift premium for working 2nd shift.Schedules: Monday to Friday 2:30 pm to 11 pm CSTCompany OverviewWe are hiring a 2nd Shift Team Lead for our client, North America's largest Electrical Insulation manufacturer and fabricator.Job SummaryPrimary role is managing resources; Operators, equipment and materials. Responsible for flow of work through the shop and technical training of Operators. In addition, the role requires the ability to operate all machinery, and perform the most complex machining, set-ups, and programming.Responsibilities Leading team meetings. Perform work independently with minimal defects Ability to be flexible in situations when production needs changeunexpectedly. Intermediate math skills & aptitude Ability to understand drawing and blueprints Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Must be able to work overtime as neededEducation and Experience Technical degree and 1–3 years of experience preferred, Or, a combination of experience and education will be considered Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is requiredBenefits And Perks Overtime, voluntary.
