We offer a generous benefits package and a supportive, team-oriented environment that encourages both professional growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases, including litigation and negotiations.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding personal injury claims.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff in areas related to personal injury law and best practices.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active state bar license to practice law.Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff representation.Proven experience in settlement negotiation and litigation.Strong understanding of premises liability and negligence concepts.Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff.Benefits$100-125k Base (depending on experience) + BonusVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus Opportunities Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
