We’re seeking to contract with licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD) with assessment expertise in both adults and children to join our team on a flexible basis. We have clients actively waiting for diagnostic clarity—and we’re ready to support you with the infrastructure to focus on what you do best. Clinical RequirementsLicensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Maryland (licensure in multiple states a strong plus)Certifications required:ADOS-2Vineland-3Conners 4CAARS and/or Brown ADD ScalesPreferred familiarity with: ADI-RSRS-2BASC-3CPT-3WAIS-IV/WISC-VCompensation:70/30 split (starting), with room to grow—you set the assessment pricing, and insurance participation is optional Clients ready and waiting for assessments Admin support: scheduling (optional), on-call assistance, HR, client relations, budgeting services Billing, credentialing, EHR, office space, and required non-assessment subscriptions covered Marketing budget to build or expand your caseload Production incentives based on billable hours Payment for all billable hours, regardless of when insurance reimburses No requirement to be paneled with insurance—your choice (we currently participate with all major private insurance plans) Flexibility to use telehealth or in-person (offices in Columbia and Westminster; other locations negotiable) If you’re a detail-oriented, compassionate clinician who loves assessment work and wants autonomy without isolation, we’d love to hear from you.
