Manager of Actuarial Analytics (Remote – CA, OR, WA)Are you ready to lead a high-impact actuarial team and shape the future of healthcare analytics? We’re looking for a Manager of Actuarial Analytics to join our Commercial division. This fully remote role (open to residents of California, Oregon, and Washington) offers the opportunity to drive strategic pricing, forecasting, and reserving initiatives across commercial healthcare lines.In this role, you’ll lead a team of actuarial professionals, mentor analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Product, Finance, Underwriting, and Pharmacy. You’ll be a key player in aligning data-driven strategies with evolving healthcare trends and regulatory requirements.What You’ll Do:Lead pricing, forecasting, and reserving work for commercial linesCoach and develop actuarial analysts and set team prioritiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders (CMS, provider groups, etc.)Stay ahead of healthcare and actuarial trendsAct as a technical expert and mentor within the teamWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fieldASA or FSA designation7+ years of healthcare actuarial experience (Medicare Advantage focus preferred)Proficiency in SQL or similar data toolsStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred:Master’s degree in a related fieldExperience with Commercial pricing, valuation, or rate filingsFamiliarity with methodologies across Commercial, Medicare, and MedicaidProven leadership experience
