We are quickly growing and looking to add 1 more Clinical BCBA or BCaBA to our team!Peak Behavioral is the place for you!We are currently growing into a brand new 5,500 sq ft open space building and are looking for talented and aspiring behavioral techs to join our team. Our clinic center features classroom inspired decor and feel and large indoor sensory play areas. We are primarily in-clinic with opportunities to expand in-schools and in-home. We believe in trauma-informed care and understanding how children learn best in stress-free, clean and supportive environments. With our rapid growth comes the exciting prospect of growing your career! We have small RBT Teams per kid, collaboratively work together, have Lead RBTS training and assisting with the flow of the day and follow an activities schedule. Several of our staff have ESE and teaching backgrounds to incorporate themes, fun ways to teach and unique activities each week! Our days are never repetitive or boring!! We are open 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday and offer a flexible schedule with nights and weekends reserved for family time and work/life balance.Peak Behavioral is a BCBA owned local company looking to hire energetic, reliable and eager to learn individuals to work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team at our prime location in Winter Garden. At Peak Behavioral our goal is to provide services to clients in natural everyday routines and settings. Each client is met right where they are and provided with the tools to develop into their full potential.What you do:Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst:Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism and adhd with children ages 2 - 15 yrs old.Provide 1:1 supervision to registered behavior technicians and behavior therapists.Fill in direct 1:1 support when required (Not often!! We prefer you supervising!!).Train new staff on clients specific behavior implementation plans for your caseload and collecting data through Motivity.Oversee small ‘pods’ of techs and rbts. A BCBA or BCaBA will be directly over a team of technicians providing ABA services to early intervention clients.Provide leadership support to Lead RBTS who closely assist the BCBA/BCaBA.Develop individualized behavior support plans in accordance with the application of ABA utilizing assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS.Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Track authorizations every 6 months and submit assessments to insurance in a timely manner.Conduct peer to peer reviews with medicaid and commercial insurances when requested.Participate in a weekly BCBA clinical meeting and monthly meetings with the administrative and operational teams.Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other members of the individual's support team.Provide weekly or monthly family guidance sessions, be willing to accommodate family sessions between working hours of 8AM and 5PM.Be present and available at the clinic during operating hours of 8AM and 5PM with some flexibility on opening and closing shifts.Maintain knowledge with CEU’s and remain in good standing with the BACBSupport your team of RBTS and clients with a minimum of 28 weekly billable hours.Collaborate with a dynamic team of occupational, speech and mental health therapists.Engage at work with a flexible mindset and with providing and accepting feedback.Qualifications:Certification by the BACB as either a BCBA or a BCaBa1+ years of experience working as an analyst in the fieldPrevious experience supervising RBTS preferredPrevious experience working with early intervention children ages 2+ preferredStrong data collection and analysis skills.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What we Offer:$80,000-$95,000 (Varies based on experience)Flexible schedulingHealthcare Expense Reimbursement401KBiweekly PayEqual Opportunity employerPaid trainingA supportive and collaborative culture of employmentTop tier administrative team to support you as you build your careerProfessional developmental assistance with CEUSMultiple opportunities for advancement in clinical or operations.Small Caseloads (RBTS and Analyst Trainees!)Weekends and Evenings Free!!Enjoyable work environment with seasonal and monthly employee and client events.
