Our Alpharetta-based client, a dynamic white-label supplement manufacturer, is rapidly growing and in need of a dedicated Account Manager – Sales to join their team. The organization specializes in capsules and powdered supplements for small and mid-sized brands, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Position SummaryWe’re seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager – Sales to support and grow existing client accounts. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue. You will be key to ensuring a positive client experience and long-term customer retention.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsBuild, manage, and grow small to mid-sized customer accountsRespond promptly to client communications via phone, email, or in personProvide updates on new products, timelines, and order statusesWork cross-functionally with internal departments including R&D, production, and shippingManage and track customer product sample requestsNotify clients of delays or changes in materials, packaging, or productionMonitor customer account balances and collaborate with accounting and leadership as neededMaintain records using Excel and Google SheetsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForMust-have: Experience in the supplement, vitamin, or nutraceutical industry2–4 years of sales/account management experience preferredBachelor’s degree preferredStrong communication and analytical skillsTeam player with a positive, professional demeanorComfortable using Microsoft Office and Google SheetsAbility to think critically and resolve customer issues thoughtfullyOccasional travel (up to 10%)Why Join Our Client Through Employbridge?Collaborative, employee-oriented cultureFree snacks and drinks onsiteCatered breakfast or lunch every FridayOpportunity to make a direct impact and grow into outside salesHands-on leadership and transparent communication
