Job DescriptionWe are looking for Program Managers that are passionate about technology and can help work with key internal and external team members to drive the success of our client's Business-Critical Service offerings.Compensation$50-60/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.ResponsibilitiesManage projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects.Perform overall project-level planning and lead end-to-end execution.Define and validate project scope, plan, and schedule for moderately complex projects.Track project performance to ensure goals are being met and evaluate results against success metrics.Drive completion of projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, while achieving customer satisfactionProvide vision, strategy, and alignment with business objectives to lead end-to-end project implementation.Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risk response plans.Lead the execution of contract change management processes.QualificationsCurrently local and willing to go onsite in Raleigh/Durham, NC area OR open to relocate at your own expense.5+ years of experience in Program Management roles.Experienced with JIRA.Experienced with Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau for reporting and analytics.Experienced in Risk management, mitigation planning, budgeting and resource planning.Experienced supporting software development projects and environments.PlussesPrior technical experience within IT, engineering, or product-driven environments.Experience with additional project management tools such as MS Project and Trello.
