Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Benefits Specialist for a 6+ month-long contract assignment with our client located in Greensboro, NC. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's, have 3+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst, 5+ years of Human Resources, and have a CBP or CEBS certification.Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pmPay: $41 per hourEssential Job Duties:Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver Benefits solutions.Lead and participate in HR and Benefits-related projects and initiatives for the Company.Perform internal audits of Benefits to ensure compliance with company requirements.Develop and support Ceridian enhancement projects and reporting requests.Facilitate educational efforts for all Benefit system changes.Retirement plan administration Job Qualifications:Minimum:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Analytical Sciences; an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be substituted.Three (3) years of Benefits experienceThree (5) years HR experienceCBP or CEBS preferredStrong knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements and other laws affecting benefit programs including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, DOL requirements.Retirement plan administration experience.
