See a short summary below: Contract Conditions:Start date: ASAPLocation: Dallas-Fort Worth/Houston, TexasContract Type: Freelance / Consultant - 0.7 FTE, 12 MonthsLanguage: English essentialProject: Site Relationship Management, Rare Disease, Autoimmune DiseasesKey Responsibilities: Act as a local liaison between sponsor, CRO CRAs, and investigator sites to support trial execution and oversight.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinical sites across multiple indications.Support feasibility, start-up, and enrollment activities by leveraging local knowledge of healthcare systems, treatment standards, and site capabilities.Collaborate with Medical Liaisons and internal teams to align regional strategies with clinical trial goals.Conduct site visits (initiation, enrollment booster, oversight, and training) to ensure trial readiness and performance.Monitor site-level performance metrics and support issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.Participate in joint meetings with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.At least 5 years of experience as a CRA, Monitor, or similar role.Proven experience in site management and direct collaboration with investigator sites.Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.Experience in rare disease trials and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.
