This role is primarily warehouse-based within a hospital setting and involves assembling, tracking, and labeling items to support the outfitting of a new healthcare facility. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and setup of medical supply rooms and storage areas.Assemble, label, and track medical and non-medical equipment for deployment.Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records to support project timelines.Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively when challenges arise.Apply creative thinking to resolve issues related to inventory sizing, placement, and documentation.Operate autonomously when project managers are unavailable, using sound judgment and initiative.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.Experience in hospital or healthcare environments is a plus.Familiarity with medical products or hospital supply chain operations is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing needs.Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Work Conditions & Requirements:Must pass a drug screen and background check.COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required.Physical activity including walking, lifting, and organizing within a warehouse setting may be involved.
