Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor

Job SummaryThe I&C Superintendent will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems within a life sciences or industrial manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The I&C Superintendent will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to support continuous improvement and optimal plant performance. Ideally looking for local candidates, but open to someone who requires per diem. ResponsibilitiesSupervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical and I&C systems in new and existing facilities.Lead a team of technicians and contractors to perform maintenance and repairs on control systems and instrumentation.Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for I&C equipment.Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and control issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on I&C best practices and safety procedures.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in Electrical and I&C within pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing.
