Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney specializing in Transactions and M&A to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. This position involves providing legal advice and support to ensure successful business transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction documentsAdvise clients on corporate governance and compliance mattersConduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitionsAssist in structuring and executing complex business transactionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and develop strategiesManage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders involved in transactionsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and transactionsStrong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governanceExcellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
