Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases, with a focus on providing expert legal representation to plaintiffs. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to courtroom trials, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases, including auto, motorcycle, truck accidents, and premises liability claims.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Manage case files and maintain detailed records of all legal proceedings and communications.Engage in pre-litigation negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties and insurance companies.Prepare and present cases in court, including jury trials, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information and evidence to support their claims.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and best practices.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree or Esquire.Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar Association.3+ years of experience as an attorney, with a litigation background (trial experience preferred).Strong understanding of personal injury law and related legal procedures.Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Pay/BenefitsStrong Pay ($140K - $200K) + Commission/BonusFull Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision)401K Retirement PlanFlexible Working ScheduleUpward Mobility + Tremendous Growth OpportunitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
