Job Title: Civil Utility ForemanJob Location: Virginia Beach, VAHourly Rate: $40-60Requirements: 5+ years of civil sitework & underground utility experience. Water line, sewer and draininage experience required.Position OverviewThe Civil Utility Foreman is responsible for overseeing utility construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.
