Commercial Roofing Estimator (Junior & Senior Levels)

You’ll work closely with our sales and project teams to scope labor, materials, and systems that meet our clients’ needs—and uphold our standards for quality and service.What You’ll Do:Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and scopeReview project drawings, specs, and site conditions for accuracy and complianceAttend client site visits to diagnose issues and propose solutionsCoordinate with vendors to ensure pricing is current and competitiveDraft project documents, submittals, and job hand-offsGenerate job cost breakdowns and participate in pre- and post-bid meetingsMaintain compliance with warranty, safety, and contract requirementsSupport project hand-offs to ensure a smooth transition to operationsWhat You Bring:3+ years estimating commercial roofing systems5+ years experience in roofing, construction, or related tradesStrong understanding of commercial roofing applications, safety requirements, and code complianceProficiency with estimating and construction software (The EDGE, Bluebeam, CRM tools)Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsOSHA 30 certified or willing to obtainValid driver’s license and ability to access rooftops to evaluate job sitesWhy JR & CO.?We are a people-first company committed to integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships—with our clients and our team.
