As a full-service construction management firm working in all 50 states, we specialize in-house services that span all phases of the construction process. Because of our depth and breadth of services, our project managers have the opportunity to run projects of every scope and size while fostering a multitude of client and subcontractor relationships. As a Project Manager , you will plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this role must have a demonstrated understanding of constructability with an ability to run projects profitably and to the clients' satisfaction, while maintaining effective communication both internally and externally. In the construction industry, there is no room for error when it comes to safety, finance, and quality craftsmanship. The candidate we're looking for will have the ability to lead by example, work well under pressure, is adaptable to multiple work environments, juggles multiple projects at a time, and manages client expectations while executing our core principles.Responsibilities IncludeOversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite/offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licensesSelect tools, materials and equipment; track inventoryMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on daily basisPrepare internal/external reports relating to job statusPlan ahead to prevent issues and resolve any emergingNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits/licensesAnalyze, manage, mitigate risksEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesRequirementsProven working experience in construction managementBS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field is preferredDemonstrated ability to manage all financial aspects of projectsAnalytical skills to comprehend complex details of a project to fit the scope of workProblem solving skills to understand the root cause of issues as they arise to ensure successful outcomesEffective communication on and off the jobsitePrecise attention to detailResponse time fanaticBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
