SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong background in site development, civil construction, grading, and dirt work.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure project milestones are met.Manage site development activities including grading and dirt work to prepare sites for building.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of site development, civil engineering principles, grading, and dirt work.Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
