Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Position OverviewThe Project Manager of Multifamily Construction will oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from planning through completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while leading a team of professionals and coordinating with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects including apartments, condos, and townhomes.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.Develop risk management strategies and implement solutions to minimize risks associated with construction projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the multifamily construction sector.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proven experience managing multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, and townhomes.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits Competitive base + bonus Full Medical, life insurance etc. 401K with company match PTO + Vacation + Sick timeEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
