Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (Associate Level - 0-4 years)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with a basic working knowledge of industrial automation and automated manufacturing technologies. This includes an understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Robotics, Vision systems, and other similar industrial automation equipment. The role requires the ability to install and troubleshoot electrical equipment, such as sensors, switches, and proxy switches.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.Connect wiring to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, and perform tasks such as replacing switches and fuses, splicing wire, and repairing belts, chains, or cables on machinery.Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including sensors, motors, drives, and proxy switches.Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.Support machine installations and setup of highly automated equipment, including controls, automation, and electrical systems.Essential SkillsBasic working knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing technologies.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.Troubleshooting and maintenance skills in an industrial setting.Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Robotics, and Vision systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Automation, Engineering Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, or related field.Industrial Maintenance Diploma, Journeyman Card, or Industrial Maintenance Certificate Program Completion.Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts.Recent graduates or those graduating soon with relevant degrees or certifications are encouraged to apply.Work EnvironmentInitially, work hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday during training. Once fully trained, this will 3-2-2 pattern with 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts. The maintenance team will not require shift rotations, ensuring consistent work hours but must be open to 1st or 3rd shift.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
