This responsibility includes maintaining a premium presentation of the store, assisting customers with transactions and adherence to company policies and procedures within the store.Primary ResponsibilitiesActing leader when manager is not presentProfessional customer service including active sales of all KJUS productsEnsure the store always meets company standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping and loss prevention requirementsOrganizing and monitoring inventory, restocking sold items and support ordering for special orders. Assist with ecommerce order processingConnect with customers in a knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful approachAssist with scheduling, re-order process, and reporting sales information. Proactively cover staffing absences for various reasonsHandle point of sale, returns, exchanges, daily opening/closing of point of saleAssist with merchandising products to create a premium presentation of the storeRetain a vast understanding of product knowledgeAssist in planning and hosting in-store events and promotionsSupport goods handling: receiving product, labeling, merchandising, inform clients about delivery of ordered goodsRestock sold items and support ordering for special orders. Assist with E-commerce order processingEnsure a clean point of sales including floor, changing rooms, mirrors, presentation displays, etc. Ability to work weekend and night shiftsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service experienceMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishModerate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)Conflict resolution and de-escalation skillsA passion for outdoor sports industryOccasionally long periods of sitting, standing, and/or walkingAbility to stand or walk for more than eight (8) hours a day.
