Job Description Job Title: Clinical Nutrition ManagerLocation: Chestnut Hill Hospital ? Philadephia, PAAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team as the Clinical Nutrition Manager. This role will provide nutrition care to our higher acuity patient population as well as oversee the clinical policies and standards for the location.  While the role is primarily patient facing, it will also lead the department in directing clinical activities, functioning as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans, and establishing and maintaining policies, standards and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective nutrition care to patients. Job ResponsibilitiesAssess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededEstablishes and maintains policies, standards and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective nutrition care to patients.
