We offer premium nutritional supplements, IV hydration services, spa therapies, and functional health education in a sleek, eco-conscious setting designed for total mind-body rejuvenation.About the RoleDirector of Medical Services (Flex-Time | Contract | Remote-First)We are seeking a Texas-licensed physician to serve as our Director of Medical Services under a Medical Services Agreement (MSA). This role provides essential clinical oversight for our IV hydration services and supports our Registered Nurse-led wellness initiatives.This is a flexible, low-hour, high-impact opportunity ideal for a physician passionate about functional health, integrative care, and community wellness. Success in this role means ensuring clinical excellence, strengthening protocols through a functional medicine lens, and collaborating with a values-driven care team.Why This Role MattersAs our founding Director of Medical Services, you’ll help shape the clinical foundation of Living Bliss—not only for our opening phase, but for our long-term evolution. This role directly supports our broader vision to grow into multiple locations, expand our service lines, and become a leading name in holistic wellness, recovery, and the enjoyment of life across Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight & Standing Orders• Develop and maintain standing orders for IV therapy in alignment with legal and safety standards• Oversee and optimize IV hydration protocols based on evidence-based practicesCompliance & Quality Assurance• Ensure all services meet state and federal regulatory requirements• Periodically review documentation and protocols for clinical qualityFunctional Medicine Support• Provide guidance to RNs on personalized IV formulations and wellness strategies• Consult on escalated care cases as neededCollaborative Leadership• Work alongside RNs and wellness professionals to deliver patient-centered care• Join monthly calls with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment between clinical care and business operationsQualificationsRequired• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license (MD or DO)• Experience in IV therapy and medical oversight• Passion for preventative and whole-body wellness• Strong communication, professionalism, and responsiveness• Respect for interdisciplinary collaborationPreferred• Functional Medicine certification or training • Experience in IV hydration, concierge medicine, wellness clinics, or medspa settings• Familiarity with HIPAA, informed consent protocols, and a commitment to staying current on regulatory changes and compliance standardsCompensation & Commitment• Base Compensation: $50,000/year, paid bi-weekly via Medical Services Agreement (MSA)• Profit Share: 5% of net monthly profits from services overseen (e.g., IV hydration), paid monthly after operational profitability is achieved.
