Our work is focused on helping clients feel supported and empowered through every stage of healing—especially those managing lymphedema, lipedema, and post-mastectomy recovery.About the PositionWe are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for supporting clients through complex healing journeys. Whether you're experienced in lymphatic drainage or just beginning your path, we provide paid training and support to help you grow into this essential role.This is a W-2 position with part-time opportunities, including morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.Key Responsibilities·       Provide massage therapy to clients recovering from breast cancer, surgery, and chronic swelling·       Customize treatment plans with a focus on lymphatic drainage, scar tissue mobility, and symptom management·       Offer trauma-informed, compassionate care in a calming, professional setting·       Collaborate with a supportive and skilled team to continuously improve patient outcomes·       Stay current through ongoing training in medical and breast cancer recovery massageWhat We Offer·       Paid training and onboarding in medical massage and lymphatic care·       A compassionate, team-based work environment·       Flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available·       A practice culture that emphasizes quality over quantity·       Competitive compensation, with the potential to move into a salaried position after 6 months·       Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those navigating complex medical journeysQualifications·       Active Virginia Massage Therapy License (required)·       Minimum 3 years of hands-on massage experience in a therapeutic, clinical, or rehabilitative setting·       Training in Oncology Massage (required)·       Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (CMLDT) or equivalent (required)·       Experience working with clients managing breast cancer recovery, lymphedema, or lipedema (preferred)·       Strong understanding of scar tissue mobilization, post-surgical care, and trauma-informed bodywork·       Commitment to following established clinical protocols and standards of practice·       A grounded, professional, and compassionate presenceNote: Applicants currently completing certification in oncology or lymphatic drainage may be considered.
