The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings Appear at court approval hearings as needed Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progressionQualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active and in good standing with the Arkansas Bar At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseloadAbout The CompanyOur client has a legacy of over 30 years advocating for injury victims, they earned a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and results.
