Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm, M-F⦁ In charge of about 7-10 employeesThis role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and leading the team to achieve maintenance goals.Required Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly desirable.Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
