Location: Garden City, NYPay: $90K-$150K (negotiable based on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The Associate Attorney will assist in various legal matters, primarily focusing on litigation, while providing quality legal representation to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and filing legal documentsConduct legal research and analysisRepresent clients in court and during hearingsDraft pleadings, motions, and briefsCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategyMaintain client communication and manage case filesStay updated on relevant laws and legal developmentsQualifications2+ years of general defense litigation - ALL legal backgrounds will be consideredJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive state bar licenseStrong litigation skills and experienceExcellent legal research and writing abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in personal injury and insurance defense is a plusBenefitsFull Benefits includedEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
