You’ll be responsible for driving profitability and maximizing operational efficiency.State-of-the-Art Surgical CentersAlbany: 10 operatories | 26 employeesLatham: 5 operatories | 10 employeesOn-site parking and fully digital surgical environmentsHigh-volume operations with strong referral networkGrowth & ImpactContribute to a practice that produced over $12M last year, with ongoing investment in staff development, technology, and patient experience.Leadership DevelopmentAccess to CE, regional support, and a collaborative leadership network within a leading dental platform.Your Role: Practice Operations Leader & Business StrategistAs the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of clinical operations, team development, patient experience, and business performance at both locations.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and manage two high-performing surgical teams across locationsOversee all aspects of practice operations, staffing, and resource planningOwn profit & loss statements, budgeting, payroll oversight, and financial reportingPartner with oral surgeons and providers to ensure alignment on growth, quality, and cultureIdentify opportunities for business development, referral growth, and operational improvementsMonitor patient flow and scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce downtimeUphold strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and surgical protocolCollaborate with hospital affiliates, vendor reps, and corporate support partnersDrive recruitment, retention, and performance management for all staffSupport integration of new technologies and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:3–5+ years of practice management experience (oral surgery or surgical healthcare preferred)Proven experience overseeing multiple locations or large teamsStrong command of financial operations—including budgeting and P&L managementDemonstrated ability to lead strategic growth and patient volume expansionExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills with clinical staff and providersBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)Familiarity with dental software (WinOMS or similar) and digital workflowsCompensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 base + monthly bonus eligibilityAnnual incentives tied to practice performance and business metricsFull Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disabilityPTO: 3 weeks PTO + 8 holidaysProfessional development opportunities and CESchedule: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM | Friday 8AM-2PMAbout CDOMSCapital District Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is a trusted specialty surgical practice with offices in Albany and Latham, NY.
