Fire Sprinkler Estimator

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, and providing technical expertise on fire protection systems. This role is critical in ensuring accurate project budgeting and supporting our commitment to safety and compliance in fire protection.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler systems, including material, labor, and overhead costs.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate bids.Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for estimating purposes.Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids for projects.Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for fire protection systems.Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to fire protection.Provide technical support and expertise during the bidding process and project execution.QualificationsProven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Estimator or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes.NIICET Certification preferred.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate estimating.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsCompetitive Salary Based on experience: $100,000 - $150,000BonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceRetirement plan with company matchPaid Time OffCareer Growth OpportunitiesGreat Company CultureEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
