They're looking for talent who shares their vision of creating lasting infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of engineering, quality, and safety.Job Duties at Our Client's Organization:Lead end-to-end estimation processes for major infrastructure projects, including bid solicitation review, scope analysis, and detailed takeoffsCollaborate with their engineering team on bid designs and work closely with project management teams for material and subcontractor buyoutDevelop and maintain comprehensive bid schedules while monitoring client changes and scope adjustmentsAnalyze subcontractor/vendor quotes and maintain historical pricing data to ensure competitive and accurate estimatesCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to develop complete scope assessmentsSupport post-award activities including change orders, extra work estimates, and project turnover documentationQualifications They're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred2+ years of estimating experience with proven knowledge of cost control and material pricingExperience in water treatment, waste water, and commercial construction preferredProficiency with heavy bid estimating softwareDesign/Build experience beneficialTraits Their Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Strong analytical mindset with excellent time management and logical decision-making abilitiesOutstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively in team environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication capabilitiesAdaptability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel, both internal and external
