Construction AdministratorPosition OverviewThe Construction Administrator will oversee and manage the administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance requirements are met. This role is vital in facilitating communication between various stakeholders and supporting project teams in achieving their objectives efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects, monitoring expenses against the budget.Administer contracts and ensure that all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate procurement processes for materials and services required for construction projects.Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.Facilitate communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise.Assist in risk management by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage submittals to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in construction administration or a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction documentation, scheduling, and budgeting processes.Familiarity with contract administration and compliance regulations.Understanding of building codes and standards.Experience with procurement processes in the construction industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with risk management in construction projects.Benefits Competitive base + bonus Full Medical, life insurance etc. 401K with company match PTO + Vacation + Sick timeEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
