Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and representation to our clients in various labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation and trial management. If you have 2+ years or experience and are looking for and opportunity for growth, we want to talk to you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigations related to labor disputes.Manage trial preparations and present cases in court as necessary.Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues.Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related claims.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD)Licensed to practice in the state of GA2+ years of experience in labor and employment law.Proven experience in trial management and litigation.Strong understanding of labor law and employment law principles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.BenefitsWe offer our attorneys and their families medical, dental, and vision coverage, including domestic partners.
