Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, with a strong focus on navigating State survey processes and developing effective Plans of Correction. Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes, staff engagement, and operational efficiency. Monitor and implement facility policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking ForA current, valid Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility to obtain one). Proven experience in turnaround leadership or significant facility improvement. Strong working knowledge of State and Federal long-term care regulations, including survey processes. Demonstrated ability to lead teams with integrity, clarity, and a results-driven mindset.
