Job OverviewAs a 3PL Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will leverage your logistics knowledge and sales acumen to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver tailored 3PL solutions that meet their supply chain needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (warehousing, transportation, freight brokerage, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clientsConduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiationsDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service deliveryTrack sales activity using CRM tools and prepare regular reports for leadershipStay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practicesQualifications1-3 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (3PL experience highly preferred)Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and logistics operationsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
