Marketing Director

Title: Director of MarketingLocation: St Louis, MO. (Hybrid)Job DescriptionA growing cannabis company is currently seeking a new Director of Marketing to join their team in St Louis, MO. The Director of Marketing will lead brand and field marketing efforts in close partnership with the CEO and Sales team. This role is responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) launches in two new markets, managing the brand portfolio, and executing campaigns that directly support revenue growth.We’re seeking a highly organized, revenue-driven marketer who thrives in cross-functional environments and can align marketing strategy with sales objectives. This role will oversee and grow a marketing team as the company expands into additional markets.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute GTM launches in new markets, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and executive leadership.Oversee the development, positioning, and consistency of the brand and product portfolio across all channels and markets.Drive field marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and consumer engagement at the retail level.Manage and mentor the marketing team, with responsibility for hiring and scaling as the company enters additional markets.Work closely with the Sales team to design and implement campaigns that support revenue growth and track performance metrics.Required Skills & ExperienceCannabis Brand Management experience Multi-state cannabis experience is a plus Strong ability to align marketing strategies with sales goals and drive measurable revenue impact.Experience managing and scaling a marketing team, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.Exceptional organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with executive leadership and sales teams.Experience with project management software like Asana or Monday Benefits & PerksExciting opportunity to work with one of the foremost growing cannabis companies in MOCompetitive Base Salary + Benefits We sincerely look forward to connecting with you soon!FlowerHire is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
