Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)Location: Hybrid – Peak Autism Center Detroit / Work-from-homeOrganization: Peak Autism CenterJob Type: Full-timeSummaryWe’re seeking a passionate, committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team at our Peak Autism Center Detroit and Port Huron locations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and implementing high-quality ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll work closely with families, RBTs, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to ensure that every client receives personalized, compassionate, and effective care. Success in this role means building strong relationships, maintaining clinical excellence, and contributing to a supportive team culture.This position offers the unique opportunity to thrive in a mission-driven organization that values both professional and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide clinical oversight, supervision, and training to RBTs and behavior techniciansCollaborate with families and caregivers to ensure treatment integrity and generalization of skillsMonitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data and family feedbackMaintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance standardsParticipate in staff meetings, training, and interdisciplinary planningContribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team cultureQualificationsCurrent and active BCBA and/or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, family-centered approachAbility to manage time effectively and work independently within a team environmentPassion for empowering families and making a lasting impact in the communityWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($80,000 - $95,000)Hybrid schedule with work-from-home flexibilityComprehensive benefits packageLeadership and growth opportunitiesA vibrant, mission-driven culture that supports innovation, connection, and personal developmentA chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families?
