WISe offers a highly individualized approach, meeting families where they are—at home or in convenient community locations—to create a plan centered on each child and family’s strengths.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver clinical services to children and families, including evidence-based treatments (CANS certification required within two months of hire).Provide outreach and participate in meetings in various settings (home, community, office).Collaborate with schools, social services, and providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.Build support networks, including natural and community supports, to empower families in WISe.Educate families, advocate for client rights, and maintain coordination with agencies like DSHS, court systems, and housing authorities.Support clients in accessing healthcare, developing self-management skills, and connecting with primary care and dental providers.Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with crisis services as needed.Document client progress and maintain client records in alignment with agency standards.Minimum Qualifications:EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Psychology, social services, or a mental health field.EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience)Bilingual Spanish required.This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and have reliable, insured transportation.LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor (can be obtained after hire)Preferred Qualifications:EXPERIENCE: Intermediate (minimum 3 years of job-related experience)Business-rated insurance may be required if performing outreach duties.LICENSURE: Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC)*A sign-on bonus is a form of compensation for a new employee in addition to their established salaryOur recruitment processes are designed to prevent discrimination against our people regardless of gender identity or orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any aspect which makes someone unique.
