Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Litigation ParalegalLocation: Seattle, WA (90 days on-site then hybrid 2 days WFH)Experience Required: 4+ years (Complex & Commercial Litigation)Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 (DOE) LHH is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal to join our client's Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in complex and commercial litigation (no family law or personal injury), with demonstrated expertise in federal court procedures and, ideally, employment law.Key Responsibilities:Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondenceCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, court personnel, and vendorsIdentify and interview witnesses and expertsConduct case investigations and analyze relevant documentsPerform legal research and cite-checkingCoordinate with ESI vendors and manage document review and productionOrganize, review, and summarize discovery materialsPrepare case materials and assist with trial and motion practiceMaintain organized electronic and physical case filesQualifications:4+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience (federal court required)Strong research, writing, and proofreading skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasksProficient in electronic discovery platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication and organizational skillsBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and profit-sharing planPaid time off and 10 paid holidaysHSA: $150/quarter - $600/yearOrca PassPet insurance Paid family leave, life insurance, and long-term disability coverageAnnual discretionary bonus and profit-sharingProfessional development and training opportunities
