Concrete Assistant SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Concrete Assistant Superintendent will support the Concrete Superintendent in overseeing concrete construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution and maintain safety compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Concrete Superintendent in planning and coordinating concrete construction activities.Supervise and manage on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.Monitor and maintain quality control over concrete work to meet specifications and standards.Assist in the interpretation of project blueprints and specifications to guide construction activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on site.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and laborers, to resolve any issues that may arise.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.QualificationsProven experience in concrete construction or a related field.Strong knowledge of concrete techniques and materials.Nice to have skills include experience in flatwork, excavating, earthwork, underground utilities, and structural work.Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
