Description:Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customersCall on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through prospecting and cold callingMaintain a high level of customer service and coordinate with the lab to ensure customer satisfactionMeet or exceed agreed upon sales quotasCoordinate sales efforts with sales team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer transitioning and satisfactionUse CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, issues, and potential opportunitiesContinuously improve through feedback and training Requirements:Dental, Medical or B2B sales experienceHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track recordExcellent selling / closing, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skillsEfficient in territory planning and time managementAbility to create and deliver custom sales presentationsBachelor’s Degree Compensation: $65 - 70k Base, $120k OTE uncapped commission + car allowance, 401K, full benefits
