He/she is responsible for accuracy of transcription, data identification, and completeness of report.ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIESProcess reports for assigned accounts.Responsibilities include proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation; verifying accuracy of information, data, and claims; communicating appropriately and effectively with other departments; and demonstrating problem-solving ability. Review calendar dates and follow up with physicians regarding time frames and deadlines.Communication with physicians for report completeness.Works with different departments to obtain efficient report work flow.Optimize the production process to ensure reports are delivered on timeMaintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.Monitor, review, and report feedback of assigned accounts.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: Strong written, verbal and listening communication skillMust be an effective communicatorBasic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, Share File, Google Calendar, others as needed)Excellent organizational and time management skillsGood decision making, analytical and problem-solving skillsBilingual preferredWorkers’ Compensation / Medicolegal experience preferredGood Attendance
