Sr Superintendent - Tilt-up/Pre-cast construction

Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale light industrial construction projects throughout Georgia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in tilt-up and precast concrete construction who thrives in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion.Manage field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, inspections, and logistics.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress photos.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Mentor and develop junior superintendents and field personnel.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.Proven experience managing tilt-up and precast concrete projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in construction scheduling software and field technology tools.Deep understanding of construction safety, quality control, and best practices.Ability to travel to job sites across Georgia as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development.If you're a seasoned construction professional with a passion for delivering high-quality industrial projects and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.
