Whether you're connecting with fellow fans or alumni, you’ll help turn the store into an extension of the stadium.If you’re a results-driven leader who loves to win and knows how to rally a team, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesStaffing: recruiting, scheduling, leading othersCustomer service: ensures customer remains the top priorityDelivery Results: sales forecasting, inventory control, payroll managementMerchandising: Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and executionSkills And KnowledgeAbility to multi-task and balance multiple priorities., Detail oriented, Effective communication and interpersonal skills., Enthusiastic attitude, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Strong merchandising and visual skills.QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience in retail; Minimum 2 years store management and coaching and developing others; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred; Sports enthusiast preferred.Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.$22.00 - $30.00Hourly
