Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with expertise in Workers Compensation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all legal documents are accurate and deadlines are met. This role is essential in providing high-quality legal support to our clients and assisting in the smooth operation of our litigation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in the preparation of cases related to workers' compensation claims.Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence to support ongoing litigation.Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide case updates.Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings for attorneys and clients.Review medical records and other documentation related to workers' compensation cases.QualificationsBachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on workers' compensation law.Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology.Proficient in legal research and writing skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits" Medical" Dental" Life and Disability" 401K" Profit Sharing" Bonuses" Paid VacationEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
