Commissary Shift ManagerOnsite in Hawthorne, CARate: $24-$25/hrPosition OverviewWith our multiple restaurant locations and long running history of delivering fresh ingredients from local family farms, we are looking to bring on a Shift Manager who will oversee daily operations in a high-volume commissary kitchen environment, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control. This role is pivotal in leading the team, managing shifts, and maintaining high standards of food production and service in a commissary setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in a high-volume kitchen.Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.Collaborate with the management team to implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.Qualifications2+ yrs experience in shift management within a high-volume commissary kitchen environment.Background in commissary operations and bakery production.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team of about 100 employees.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts: Morning (7am start), Afternoon (4pm start), Overnight (2am start), Weekends, and Holidays (plus OT during holiday times).BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
