You will work closely with project managers, sales teams, and subcontractors to ensure that all estimates are accurate, detailed, and delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial painting and coatings projectsLead estimating team to ensure accurate, and on time, estimatesCollaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure all estimates meet client needs and expectationsEvaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure accuracy and completenessTrack project costs and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectivenessMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of estimatesManage and mentor junior estimators to ensure accuracy and consistency of estimatesQualifications5+ years of experience as an estimator in the commercial painting and coatings industryStrong knowledge of commercial paint and coatings products, materials, and techniquesExpertise in estimation software and toolsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsAbility to manage and mentor junior estimatorsBenefitsSalary: $110k-$150k DOEYearly bonuse planPTOHealth/Dental/Vision insuranceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
