Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do: Responsible for growing revenue through hotel and reseller accounts, making strategic recommendations, and implementing business development plans to expand this revenue stream annuallyResponsible for selling and promoting SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio via applicable sales channels, as well as developing and executing new sales programs and marketing initiatives with existing and new clientsOversee SeaWorld San Antonio's and Aquatica San Antonio's reseller channelsProvide hotel and reseller partners with exceptional customer serviceProvide training to hotel and reseller partners on products, park events/attractions and ticketing softwareCall on perspective businesses and established customersAttend sales meetings and conventions to sell productsOrganize, prepare and execute sales blitzes for trade and consumersEstablish, create, maintain, and track client base by gathering leads and information on businesses and organizationsMaximize sales from potential clients and in meeting the goals of the companyDevelop, maintain, and track personal and team's sales goals and budgetsProvide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as needed for leadership teamDevelop and monitor personal sales programsLead as required on assigned projectsResponsible for timely sales collateral development and distribution through the Brand teamSales channel advertising responsibilitySales channel "earned" exposure through key accountsSales Channel Training & Implementation - EZ Ticket integration and trainingManages sales tool(s) and campaign development for assigned marketsEnsure reservation and front-line hotel and reseller staff is well versed in all aspects of the park offerings by conducting trainings and Familiarization Tour of the park (FAMs) or similarWhat it takes to succeed: Must have at least 5 years of sales, marketing, and hospitality experience or combination of education and experienceMust have a bachelor's degree in marketing, industry sales or related business field or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMust have experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles.Must have previous Sales trainingMust be able to work with a variety of internal and external partners to achieve regional park goalsMust have strong knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook)Must be available to travel as requiredSpanish language skills a plusMust have marketing strategy background along with proven inside and outside sales experienceMust have excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to convey important ideas and concepts to senior management, top executives from key accounts, and hospitality industry leadership in group settings and able to adapt communication style to a number of different audiencesMust be able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects to completions while seizing emerging opportunitiesMust be able to work with various departments and within varying organizational structures to achieve common goalsMust be able to multi-task and meet stringent deadlinesMust be an enthusiastic, confident performer and team player with the ability and passion to work in a demanding environmentMust have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team selling environmentMust prepare and update a sales action plan indicating all future efforts, goals and objectives.Must be available to work Monday - Friday, early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends.The perks of the position:Paid Time OffComplimentary Park Tickets and PassesPark Discounts on Food and MerchandiseMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K Retirement planVoluntary InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability BenefitsTuition ReimbursementDependent and Health Care Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramLegal Assistance PlanEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
