Location: Washington, DCSalary: $100k-$140k Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals.Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.Lead and train construction crews on best practices and safety procedures.Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and compliance.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction.Strong knowledge of concrete materials and techniques.Experience in civil construction projects.Familiarity with excavating and earthwork processes.Project management skills and experience.Knowledge of flatwork and structural requirements in construction.Excellent leadership and communication skills.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
