Position OverviewThe Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining production schedules, reducing downtime, and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance overall equipment performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.Supervise the maintenance team and schedule regular maintenance tasks to minimize production interruptions.Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.Perform troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, including motors, drives, and automation systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding maintenance practices.Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without impacting operations.Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities and equipment upgrades.Qualifications5+ years of experience in manufacturing and industrial maintenance management.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.Familiarity with automation and control systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.BenefitsGreat work environmentBase Salary Range: $100k-$130k+ (Depending on experience) Generous PTOFull BenefitsCareer Advancement / Growth Opportunities401k w/ match!
