We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a motivated DC to join us Part time or Ful time. Preferably we are looking for a Chiropractor with some experience, who could potentially lead our office. About us:At our clinic, you'll join a team of chiropractors, health professionals, and therapists that are passionate about helping people feel their best through our professional efforts to help them reach their recovery and wellness goals. We provide chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, and a wide variety of services to help our patients achieve optimal health. Whether our clients are seeking pain relief or preventative care, they can expect our patient-centric approach to be new and different, perhaps even life changing! We have a growing reputation for providing high-quality, individualized care and have proudly served our community for over 10 years. Duties:Patient Evaluations/exams- new, (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent imaging/records)Diagnosis and care plan formulationDetermine if and which chiropractic/rehab services they could benefit fromWrite chiropractic/rehab orders for patient treatment plans and convey to patients the reasoning for servicesComprehensive Chiropractic care- adjusting patients, patient education, and therapies/modalitiesDeliver care in the most beneficial and efficient manner possibleRegular patient reeval - Monitor patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectationsMonitor patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through the care planAssist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead generation activitiesEngage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the companyQualifications:Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic ProgramChiropractic license in ORPreferably 2+ years of Chiropractic experienceCompensation (range):$80k-$140k per yearBenefits:Bonus compensation!PTOHealth Care and Dental insurancePension plan/retirement plan/401k Opportunity for long term growth Employee discountRelocation assistanceOur practice is a clinic that focuses on providing high quality, comprehensive care, and patient satisfaction.
